The stylish and contemporary design Cope Linder is developing for SugarHouse Casino will offer visitors an elegant yet casual entertainment experience. Designed to reflect the rich history of Philadelphia, the facility's architecture will echo the rich past of the old refinery site while at the same time keeping with modern 21st-century style.
The combination of the design and location of the casino is intended to capture the spirit of Philadelphia and its surrounding communities. To enhance the natural beauty of the site, a public and accessible riverfront promenade will create a peaceful outdoor haven for visitors and locals.
The current design of the casino allows for future development including a 750-room hotel and a retail complex.
