SugarHouse Casino will be located at the site of the former Jack Frost Refinery, on the Delaware River waterfront, approximately 0.9 miles north of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge on North Delaware Avenue, between Frankford and Shackamaxon Streets. In close proximity to Center City Philadelphia, the location also provides excellent access from both I-95 and I-676, which allows for safe and easy travel both to and from the facility.
