Phases

SugarHouse Casino's proposed casino development is expansive, encompassing a 22-acre lot and approximately 16 acres of buildable land, with over 1,200 linear feet of prime and highly visible frontage along North Delaware Avenue, which will feature a spectacular landscaped entrance.

SugarHouse Casino is planned as a phased development project.

Interim Casino (Opening 2009):

• 1,500 slot machines
• Food Court, one restaurant, and two bars/lounges
• 220,000 square feet of enclosed casino area (gaming, food and beverage, back-of-house)
• 2,600 parking spaces in 10-level garage, approximately one million square feet
• Related gaming support and regulatory spaces

Phase I (Opening 2010):

• Additional 1,500 slots (3,000 slots total)
• Expanded dining options to include three additional restaurants for a total of four restaurants, two lounges/bars, and a Food Court
• Additional parking: 450 valet spaces
• Total build-out at 1.5 million square feet for Phase I

Phase II (Opening TBD):

• Space for 2,000 additional slot machines
• 750-room hotel
• Event Center: 30,000 square feet; 2,000 seats
• Expanded Garage: 1,750 additional spaces
• Additional dining and retail outlets

Phase III (Opening TBD):

• Additional 500-room hotel
• Total build-out at 3.3 million square feet
