Neil G. Bluhm, Chairman of HSP Gaming
Neil Bluhm is the co-founder and Chairman of the Falls Management Company, serving as manager and developer of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and manager of Casino Niagara. Bluhm is co-founder and President of JMB Realty, one of the largest real estate firms in the U.S., with $25 billion of developments and acquisitions since 1970. As co-founder and Principal of Walton Street Capital, Bluhm brings over 36 years of experience in real estate to the SugarHouse Casino project.
Jerry L. Johnson
Jerry Johnson serves as the Chairman of the Radnor Trust. Twice named among the "Top 40 Most Powerful Black Executives in Corporate America," Johnson is the former President of eMoney Advisor, Inc., Vice President of Safeguard Scientific, and Vice President of U.S. West Communications. Johnson is a leader in the local community, serving on such boards as the Educational Management Corporation, PacWest Telecom, and Episcopal Academy.
Daniel J. Keating, III
Dan Keating is the Chairman and CEO of the Keating Building Corporation, founded in 1976 in Philadelphia. Since then, the Keating Building Corporation and its affiliates have completed over 500 commercial and institutional projects valued at over $7 billion. Keating Building Corporation is consistently listed as one of the "Top Construction Managers and General Contractors" by Engineering News Record, and brings more than 35 years of experience in construction and real estate development to the SugarHouse Casino project.
William Lamb
The Honorable William H. Lamb is the Chairman of Lamb McErlane PC in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he directs the Firm's Post-Trial and Appellate Advocacy Group. Justice Lamb is a former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania where he served a one-year appointment from 2003-2004.
He is a cum laude graduate of both Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Justice Lamb began his career as a law clerk to The Honorable John C. Bell, Chief Justice of Pennsylvania. He has worked as Assistant District Attorney, District Attorney, and Special Prosecutor in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Justice Lamb is admitted to practice before numerous courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the Tax Court of the United States, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Federal District and Circuit Courts for the Third Circuit, and the Courts of Chester County. He is a member of the Chester County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of its State Committee.
An active member of numerous professional associations, Justice Lamb remains involved in several state judicial committees. He was appointed by the Chief Justice of Pennsylvania, Ralph J. Cappy, to lead the Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") initiative for the Court, and as part of that effort, he chairs the Medical Malpractice Task Force for the Supreme Court.
Robert Potamkin
Robert Potamkin serves, with his brother Alan, as co-chairman of the Potamkin Companies. In addition to the 50 auto dealerships the Potamkin Companies currently own or are in the process of developing, they have been principals in a variety of significant real estate ventures and have owned TV and radio stations in several major markets. Robert Potamkin is a former Commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority, appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and has over 30 years of successful experience in
various businesses.
Richard Sprague
Richard Sprague is the founder and senior member of the prominent Philadelphia law firm, Sprague & Sprague. Among his many notable achievements was his service as Chief Counsel and Director of the United States House of Representatives Select Committee on Assassinations, which investigated the murders of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Richard Sprague is a leader in the legal community. He currently is a Judge on the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline, and has also served as a member of the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board, the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board, and the United States Senate Judicial Nominating Commission.
