Greg Carlin, Chief Executive Officer

Greg Carlin is the CEO of SugarHouse Casino. He brings over 11 years experience in the gaming industry, including numerous casino development projects. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Falls Management Company, which operates Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara. Carlin is also a managing director of LAMB Partners, a multi-asset investment partnership, where he oversees all non-real estate investments, including gaming-related investments. He also serves as a Trustee of the JMB Realty Employee Savings Plan. Prior to LAMB Partners, he was an investment banker at both Bankers Trust Company and Lazard Freres. Carlin earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.

Wendy Hamilton, General Manager

Wendy Hamilton is the General Manager of SugarHouse Casino. Prior to joining SugarHouse, Hamilton served as General Manager of Philadelphia Park Casino (now Parx Casino) in Bensalem, PA where she was integral in planning the operational elements of the casino's grand opening and subsequent operations. Hamilton spent much of her career with Harrah's Entertainment, starting as a hotel guest service representative and eventually advancing to Assistant General Manager at Caesars Atlantic City. She has worked for Harrah's properties in Atlantic City, N.J., Kansas City, Mo., Metropolis, Ill. and Memphis, Tenn. She received a bachelor's degree from Duke University in Durham, NC and earned her Masters in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.

George Mancuso, Vice President, Slot Operations

George Mancuso is the Vice President of Slot Operations for SugarHouse Casino. In this role, he will oversee all slot operations functions for SugarHouse Casino, including the design of the casino floor layout, selecting the most innovative and appropriate mix of slot product, and implementing strategies to improve market share and increase annual slot revenues. Mancuso has over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry. Prior to joining SugarHouse, Mr. Mancuso served as Vice President of Slot Operations for Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City.

Linda Powers, Vice President, Marketing

Linda Powers is the Vice President of Marketing for SugarHouse Casino. Linda brings more than 25 years of casino experience to the SugarHouse Casino team. Most recently, Powers served as the Senior Marketing Executive for Isle of Capri casinos at both the Florida and the Bahamas property. Previously, Powers worked as VP of Marketing for Fantasy Springs Casino in Palm Springs California. Powers started her career with the Trump Organization in Atlantic City and over the years held various marketing positions culminating with VP of Marketing at Trump Marina and then SR VP of Marketing and Advertising at Trump Taj Mahal. Powers' expertise includes developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, brand development, database marketing, and casino marketing.

Joann Weber, Vice President, Human Resources

Joann Weber is Vice President of Human Resources for SugarHouse Casino. In this role, she will oversee all human resource functions of the property. Weber brings over 23 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources. She has worked for companies in the gaming / hospitality industry such as Carnival Hotels & Casinos and the Claridge Casino Hotel. Prior to this position, she served as the senior vice president of human resources at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. During that time she partnered with the State of Connecticut in a unique Welfare to Work program and sat on the Connecticut Capital Workforce Investment Board that was committed to assisting unemployed or underemployed Connecticut residents with employment opportunities in the casino / hospitality industry.

Nick Kontonicolas, Director of Information Technology

Nick Kontonicolas is the Director of Information Technology for SugarHouse Casino. In his role, Kontonicolas is responsible for directing all operational activities of the IT Department, as well as developing, implementing, and supporting IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. Kontonicolas brings close to 20 years of application development and management experience in the gaming industry. Prior to joining SugarHouse, he served as the Executive Director of Applications Development and Support for Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City.

Joseph Martin, Director of Procurement

Joseph L. Martin is the Director of Procurement for SugarHouse Casino. Martin is a gaming industry procurement and supplier diversity veteran with more than 25 years of hands-on experience. His expertise is establishing and implementing policies and procedures that lead to effective cost-saving methods which help to protect the company's bottom line. Martin's procurement teams have generated more than $63 million in trackable cost savings and over $80 million in trackable payments to certified MBE and WBE vendors. Martin held senior procurement positions at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut and Trump Casinos in Atlantic City before leaving to start his own consulting practice. Most recently, Martin set up centralized Procurement for the three Seneca Gaming Corporation casinos in upstate New York after having opened the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL.

Lisa Reilly, Director of Finance

Lisa Reilly is the Director of Finance for SugarHouse Casino. In her role, Reilly is responsible for the development and implementation of all policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting and payroll. In addition, she will oversee the accounting, systems control, and reporting functions for SugarHouse Casino. Reilly, a Certified Public Accountant, brings over 20 years of gaming experience to the SugarHouse team. Prior to joining SugarHouse, she served as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City.

Leigh Whitaker, Director of Communications

Leigh Whitaker is the Director of Communications for SugarHouse Casino. In her role, Whitaker is responsible for developing and implementing a community relations plan, coordinating a proactive free media plan, as well as strengthening relationships with other organizations across the city. She will serve as the primary liaison with City Council, local community groups, neighbors and consultants, and have day-to-day oversight of governmental relations, external affairs, and community relations. Prior to joining SugarHouse, Whitaker served as Deputy Chief of Staff for the School District of Philadelphia.
